Check in time: 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Location: In front of the Wrought Iron Fencing across from the Fire Department and to the right of the U.S. Post Office
Prize Awarded: 2:30 p.m.

Scarecrow Contest Rules:
1) All entries must be designed over a wooden base and be able to stand self erect.
2) Any combination of materials can be used (cloth, metal, wood, plastic, etc.).
3) Entries will be judged on creativity, visual impact and execution.
4) The decision of the judges is final.
